Applied AI / product operationsBuilt for one seller · multi-tenant version not yet built

Turn one product photo into a reviewable content workflow.

Your team gets a phone-friendly tool for product scenes, localized copy, infographics, and short video. Prompts, providers, credentials, usage controls, and approval rules stay behind the interface.

Durable image and video queues · source-versus-result checks · localized copy · shared gallery · credit use and refunds

First useful outcome

A useful first release, built around the real job

A private product-content studio fitted to your product types, brand, languages, output formats, providers, storage, roles, and review process.

  • One team and product family
  • Phone upload and source-image intake
  • Fact extraction and image alternatives
  • One localized copy workflow
  • Durable jobs, history, and shared gallery
  • Owner-side prompts, providers, credentials, and usage controls
Working flow

How the system fits together

  1. Phone or catalog photo
  2. Visible product facts
  3. Image alternatives
  4. Fidelity review
  5. Localized copy and video
  6. Approval and shared gallery
Your implementation

Your version follows your business

The reusable parts give us a head start. Your version still follows your data, staff, approvals, integrations, and infrastructure—not somebody else’s generic process.

Already built

This is not a blank-slate proposal

The current single-seller system accepts phone photos, extracts visible facts, creates several scene options, compares generated output with the source, writes editable Thai copy, creates vertical video, and keeps work in durable queues and a shared gallery. It includes seller/owner roles and an idempotent credit ledger.

Wrong fit

When this is the wrong tool

  • A public prompt box with anonymous users and no content owner
  • A guarantee that generative models preserve every product detail exactly
  • Unreviewed medical, financial, legal, or otherwise regulated product claims

The case studies show what shipped, what was tested, and what is still unfinished.

Assumptions behind this range
  • One person can approve scope and product decisions.
  • The source data is usable and available for review.
  • Deployment goes into infrastructure you control.
  • The reusable core remains mine; your data and business-specific work remain yours.

Messy data, migrations, unusual integrations, compressed deadlines, and deeper production responsibility can move the range.

Attach estimate and continue

This is a planning range, not a quote or a promise of delivery dates. I confirm scope, dependencies, and responsibility before proposing a build.

After launch

Run it yourself, or keep me around

I fix agreed-scope defects for 30 days after handoff. Then you can take over completely or keep me involved for maintenance, production help, or reserved development time.

Handoff

No ongoing fee

You take over the agreed release. I still fix build defects for 30 days; ongoing updates and operational help are separate.

Maintenance

$1.5k–$3k/month

Annual commitment. Scheduled releases, security and compatibility fixes, and planned upgrade help. No incident response or custom development.

Production support

$3.5k–$6.5k/month

Six-month minimum. Maintenance, one-business-day response on working days, deployment help, and a monthly allowance for incident or operational work.

Reserved engineering

$7.5k–$12k/month

Six-month minimum. Priority queue, planned release work, and reserved engineering capacity. Unused capacity does not roll over; larger features are scoped separately.

Workflow defects within the accepted scope are covered for 30 days. Provider changes, prompt tuning, model evaluation, new formats, and operations are separate work.
